ACTION:

Epsom salt (also known as magnesium sulfate) is a chemical compound consisting of magnesium, sulfur and oxygen. Most of the benefits of its use are attributed to the magnesium present in the composition, which perfectly copes with the relaxation of tense, sore and tired muscles. It also affects the stabilization of the mood, as well as the alleviation of stress, anxiety or irritability.

Eucalyptus and Lavender salt should appeal to lovers of intense, fresh aromas with a slightly perceptible hint of herbs and sweets. Smell, however, is not all that essential oils offer. The eucalyptus one (apart from the floral and mint notes) is extremely helpful with problems with inflammation of the respiratory tract, and thanks to it, a warm, relaxing bath can be treated as inhalation at the same time. Lavender oil is an ideal support in calming down inflammations and soothing irritations, calming and reducing tension. The addition of lemon oil gives cleansing, tightening and soothing.

HOW TO USE

Pour about 2-4 tablespoons of salt (or depending on your needs) into a tub filled with water and wait until the crystals dissolve. You can also add a few drops of your favorite oil to the bath to get the effect of nourishing and greasing the skin. The recommended bath time is approx. 15-20 minutes.
