HOW TO USE

We start the massage from the left side of the body

• Move from under the armpit, going under the breast and working your way up. Draw a circle, clockwise, 5 repetitions on each breast.

• Make short movements from the nipple towards the neck, upwards, 5-10 repetitions on each breast.

Neck brushing:

• Lift your chin up and make movements from the neckline upwards.

Brushing the neckline:

• Make a stroking motion from armpit to armpit - left to right and right to left

• Brush the shape of a horizontal "8" starting from one armpit and ending with the other. 5 repetitions of the movement.

• Clavicle with a gentle movement from the center outwards 2-3 repetitions.

Regular dry brushing is very important.

The duration of the massage depends on the individual needs, I take 5-10 minutes every day or every other day. Initially, the skin may be slightly pink, but over time you can increase the pressure of the brush. The first results are noticeable after just a few treatments. The absorption of active substances contained in cosmetics increases, thanks to which it is much easier to see the effects of their use. The skin becomes smoother and firmer.
