HOW TO USE
1. Open the pouch and remove the strips with dry hands. Separate them from the protective backing.
2. Looking in the mirror, align the strips to the surface of your teeth, avoiding contact with your gums.

4. Leave the strips on for 10–30 minutes, according to the manufacturer's instructions.
