The dietary supplement contains vitamin C, niacin, vitamin E, pantothenic acid, riboflavin, vitamin B6, thiamine, folic acid, biotin and vitamin B12 as well as minerals: magnesium, iron, zinc, copper, manganese, iodine, selenium

HOW TO USE

1 tablet a day. Dissolve the tablet in a glass of 200 ml of cool water. Product to be eaten immediately after preparation.
