METHOD OF PREPARATION AND USE

Infusion: pour 250 ml of boiling water over about 1 teaspoon of dried eyebright herb (about 2 g ).

Cover and steep for about 10–15 minutes, then strain.

The infusion intended for consumption should be used freshly prepared, in accordance with the recommendations for use of the product.
