METHOD OF PREPARATION AND USE

Infusion: pour 250 ml of boiling water over about 1 teaspoon of dried hibiscus calyxes (about 2–3 g).

Cover and steep for about 10–15 minutes, then strain.

Drink the infusion 1–3 times a day, preferably freshly prepared.

After cooling, the infusion can be consumed as a refreshing drink.
