METHOD OF PREPARATION AND USE

Pour 250 ml of cold water over 1 teaspoon of crushed chicory root (approx. 2–3 g). Bring to a boil and simmer for 10–15 minutes. Let steep for a few minutes and strain. Drink 1–2 times daily, preferably before meals.
