Before each use, stir the product thoroughly. Pour 1 cup of boiling water (250 ml) over 1 tablespoon of the mixture (4 g). Cover and steep for 10–15 minutes. Then let steep for 10 minutes and strain. Warm infusions are best consumed after a meal. The recommended daily dose is 1 cup of infusion (250 ml) prepared from 1 tablespoon of the mixture (4 g).
