METHOD OF PREPARATION AND USE

Decoction: Pour 1 cup of lukewarm water over 2 teaspoons of dandelion root (about 3 g). Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes, then let steep for 10 minutes and strain. Take the fresh, warm decoction orally. For indigestion and as a diuretic, drink up to 3 times daily.
