METHOD OF PREPARATION AND USE

Before consumption: milk thistle fruits should be crushed or ground, e.g. in a mortar or grinder.

Directly: Take 1 teaspoon of the product ( 5 g) with water, preferably 30 minutes before a meal.

Decoction: Pour 1 cup of hot water over 1 teaspoon ( 5 g ) and slowly bring to a boil. Cover and simmer gently for 5–10 minutes, then set aside for 15 minutes and strain. Drink the decoction preferably 30 minutes before a meal.

The product can also be used as a food additive in the amount of 5 g. The recommended daily dose is 5 g. It should not be exceeded.
