Hop cone (Humulus lupulus L.) is a natural plant material obtained from the common hop plant, traditionally used in herbal medicine for its calming properties. METHOD OF PREPARATION AND USE

Pour 1 cup (150 ml) of boiling water over 1 teaspoon of the product (approximately 5 g). Cover and steep for 10–15 minutes, then strain. Drink 1 cup of warm infusion 2–4 times daily, preferably before bed.
