Flos Whole Chamomile Flower is a single-ingredient herbal tea containing 100% dried common chamomile flower (Matricaria recutita L.). Chamomile is one of the most recognizable herbal plants, used for centuries in European herbal infusions. Chamomile flowers are characterized si a delicate, slightly sweet flavor and a pleasant, herbal-floral aroma. They contain naturally occurring plant compounds, including flavonoids and essential oil components. HOW TO USE

Pour 250 ml of boiling water over one heaped teaspoon of chamomile flowers. Cover and steep for 10–15 minutes, then strain. It's best to drink the infusion freshly prepared and warm.
