HOW TO USE

Pour 5 liters of water over half the package contents (25 g) and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for approximately 30 minutes, then set aside for another 30 minutes, stirring frequently. Strain the prepared decoction into a bathtub filled with water. The recommended bath time is approximately 20 minutes at a temperature of 37°C.
