HOW TO USE

Pour 1 liter of lukewarm water over the contents of the package (50 g), bring to a boil, and simmer covered for about 10–15 minutes, stirring frequently. Then strain the decoction into a bathtub of water. The recommended bathing time is about 20 minutes at a temperature of approximately 37°C.
