HOW TO USE

Apply one coat of base coat to a degreased nail plate and cure for at least 60 seconds in a UV/ LED lamp. Apply a first coat of Starlight 15 polish and cure in a UV/LED lamp (apply a second coat if necessary). Secure the design with TOP coat and cure for at least 60 seconds in a UV/LED lamp.
