HOW TO USE

Apply one coat of base coat to a degreased nail plate and cure for at least 60 seconds in a UV/ LED lamp. Apply Starlight 17 to the cured base coat and cure in a UV/LED lamp (apply a second coat if necessary). Secure the design TOP coat and cure for at least 60 seconds in a UV/LED lamp.
