NEONAIL ELECTRIC EFFECT 02

Powder with a pink-blue effect, containing transparent foils that are perfect for spectacular decorations. You can create unique, shiny and metallic patterns with it. The powder can be used on any color hybrid varnish, but the best effect is on black and white nails.

HOW TO USE

Application by rubbing

- After applying and curing the base and two layers of color hybrid varnish, apply Dry Top to the nail and cure for 10 seconds,

- After this time, rub the Electric Effect pollen into the nail plate using the applicator. Excess pollen should be removed with a pollen brush.

- The whole thing has to be secured with Hard Top .

Use for spot styling

- After applying and curing the base and two layers of color hybrid varnish, apply Electric Effect powder on the sticky layer with a silicone brush in selected places.

- The whole thing has to be secured with Hard Top.
