SILCARE NEON POWDER YELLOW 3G

Neon Powder is a series of powders to create a spectacular smoke effect on our nails. It adds expressiveness to the styling and makes classic nails stunning and unique. Neon Powder, depending on the application, creates a different effect on our nails. When rubbed, it gives the impression of an intensely shimmering surface, and when sprinkled, it creates a neon frost. In combination with matte coatings, we get "wet sand". In addition, we can use it to color gel, acrylic and nail polishes, and even to decorate the body. Yellow is a beautiful, intense yellow color.

SMOKE EFFECT IN HYBRID MANICURE

After applying and curing the base and colored hybrid varnish, apply Top No Wipe and cure in a UV lamp (the best effect is obtained on black varnish).

Use white hybrid varnish or art gel to paint delicate patterns. Smear them with a cleaner and a brush. Cure the whole thing in a UV lamp.

In the hardened patterns, pat the pigment at your discretion, creating an original pattern. Use a soft brush to remove excess neon dust.

Cover the whole thing with a top coat and cure in a UV lamp.
