Use twice a day, morning and evening, after brushing your teeth. Pour 10 ml of liquid (2 teaspoons of 5 ml) into a glass. Rinse your mouth for 60 seconds, then spit it out. Do not swallow, dilute, or rinse directly from the bottle. Do not use in children under 18 years of age.
