HOW TO USE

Step 1: Prepare the coloring paste. Mix a 2 cm long dose of paint with 10 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant liquid oxidant or with 15-20 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant cream oxidant (the package does not contain oxidants).

Step 2: Use RefectoCil protective pads or tissue paper, and then use a cotton bud to apply the dye to dry and clean eyebrows and eyelashes.

Step 3: Wait 5 minutes to reach the desired intensity, then wipe your eyes with a damp cotton pad. Leave your eyes closed until your eyelashes and eyebrows are completely clean.
