HOW TO USE

• apply directly to the skin of the whole body
• evening face skin care instead of night cream - it is worth combining with another cosmetic oil, e.g. BIO evening primrose oil or BIO borage oil
• massage - spreads very well on the skin and provides excellent "glide"
• bath - adding a small amount (8-10 ml) to the bath will moisturize and nourish the skin. It is often an ingredient in moisturizing bath products.
• hair care - in combination with wheat germ oil, it creates a mixture with a high content of vitamin E, which additionally protects the hair against the harmful effects of ultraviolet rays
• base for creating nourishing peeling for the skin
