- stinging nettle, helping to maintain healthy hair and nails and positively affecting the vitality of the body,

- the mask, thanks to the high content of silica, has a positive effect on the skin, hair and nails,

- Asian pennywort herb, an adaptogen also called gotu kola or brahmi, is valued for its beneficial effect on the skin. It accelerates the healing process and strengthens the skin barrier.

- rosemary, contains antioxidant ingredients, improves mood and relieves stress,

- ginkgo biloba, rich in flavonoids, is a great antioxidant, and together with ginger, it takes care of microcirculation, increasing blood flow through blood vessels,

- rosehip fruit, improves the taste, and thanks to the high content of vitamin C, it makes the silica more absorbable.

HOW TO USE

Pour 2 g of the mixture into your favorite mug and pour boiling water over it. Steep covered for 5-10 minutes. Drink once a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
