Usage:
The easiest and most common form is the mask. Just mix some powder with water and apply it on your face. After 15 minutes, wash off with water and moisturize with lotion. Equally popular are various types of body compresses, which after application should be wrapped in a warm towel or applied to a hot water bottle so that the skin warms up, the nutrients from the clay can be absorbed through the pores in the skin. Red clay is also perfect as a bath additive.
