HOW TO USE

After applying and curing the hybrid base layer, you can apply a thin layer of Flashing Lights varnish, then cure it in the lamp. You can repeat the action to enhance the effect.

To fix the styling, apply a layer of topcoat on the nails. With a matte or glossy finish. Cure everything in the lamp, at the end, if necessary, wash the whole thing with a cleaner.
